Refund policy
We offer a 14‑day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at admin@scoutclub.co. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
