After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:

  • A unique order number

  • Estimated delivery time

This confirmation also serves as proof of purchase.

2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively within Sweden. All shipments are handled by PostNord to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

3. Delivery Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options through PostNord:

Standard Delivery Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

Express Delivery Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days (Additional charges may apply)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing a tracking link. You may also contact us at admin@scoutclub.co if you need assistance with tracking or delivery status.

5. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at admin@scoutclub.co.

To process your claim, please:

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage

  • Retain all packaging materials

  • Contact us within a reasonable timeframe

We will investigate the issue together with PostNord and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws.
